WEEK 21: elastic thread !!! That’s it that’s the caption!!

Swipe for the before!! This forever21 tank from 2008 was the perfect fabric for a sheer crop, so that’s what we did 🤩 You guys it is SO EASY it is to create this booby ruching with elastic thread!! (I don’t think booby ruching is the right term but as I am not a formal sewist I will not be using formal terms). I also learned how to get creative sleeves with limited fabric by only covering the top of the arm lolol. This looks cool from the back I promise.
